The Human Resources Co-Op will gain hands-on experience supporting talent acquisition coordination in a fast-paced, multi-channel distribution center. They will actively contribute to full-cycle, high-volume recruiting efforts and assist in executing engagement strategies. Additionally, the Co-Op will lead a process improvement project focused on enhancing the efficiency of the recruiting function. This role is based in our Braselton distribution center, an on-site work environment.

Talent Acquisition Support (70%)

  • Assistin coordinating and executing hourly hiring processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboardinglogistics.

  • Attend hiring eventsand support onsite interview coordination and candidate flow.

  • Maintainapplicant tracking system (ATS) records and help ensure data integrity.

  • Communicate with candidates to provide status updates and support a positive candidate experience.

  • Help track hiring and engagement metrics toidentifytrends and opportunities.

  • Maintain HR documentation, update tracking sheets, andassistwith special projects assigned.

  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with employees and candidates

Engagement and Communication Support (30%)

  • Assistwith planning and executing employee engagement activities, appreciation events, and recognition programs.

  • Partner with HR team members to develop communication materials that promote initiatives and events.

Must have:

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegree inHuman Resources,BusinessAdministration, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to shifting priorities

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and professionalism

Preferred skills and experience:

  • PreviousCo-Opwork experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative supporta plus

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS/HCMStools

  • Experience planning or supporting events or employee engagement initiatives

  • Interest in process improvement or project management

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages commonly spoken in the workforce)strongly preferred
