Part Time Evening & Saturday Receptionist ($17 per hour)

Team Auto Group is looking for an outgoing and friendly receptionist to facilitate communication across our organization.

Who you are:

You love talking to people and have a warm and engaging speaking voice. You are a master multi-tasker, and you love to stay organized. You have availability from 3 PM – 8 PM Monday - Friday and every Saturday from 8 AM – 6 PM.

What you’ll do:

· Utilize GoTo phone system to answer and direct phone calls throughout the organization.

· Facilitate warm and direct transfers of incoming phone calls.

· Maintain a neat work and break area for the BDC department.

· Restock office supplies.

· Maintain the BDC directory ensuring all information is correct and up to date.

What you’ll need:

· Availability to work Monday – Friday from 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM (with one weekday off per week) and every Saturday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

· Computer/Email Proficiency

· Good verbal communication skills

· Strong multi-tasking ability

· Professionalism & Strong Work Ethic

· Positive, upbeat, and friendly personality

· Must submit to and successfully complete background check and pre-employment drug test.
