Operations Manager/Restaurant Manager
Earn $63,000-$80,000
*Degree Bonus: $6,000 Annual Bonus for 4 year Degree
Stock Ownership:
-At Hire-$17,500*, Promotion to District Manager-$70,500*, Promotion to Division Manager-$87,000*.
-Payroll deductions of up to 10% to buy Waffle House Stock (Eligible after 1 Year).
-Annual Stock Options Granted at 5% of income earned (10% for Division Managers)
-Career Stock Option Granted at hire and with each promotion
