Position Summary:

At NAVEX, we are offering a 9-week Customer Success Operations Internship in Summer 2024. You will get the opportunity to work with subject matter experts and thought leaders who will provide industry insights and hands-on learning experiences.

This is not your typical internship program of doing menial, tedious tasks. You'll gain firsthand experiences in a rapidly growing, innovative SaaS (software as a service) company unlike any other.
 

  • Receive a robust on-boarding and training experience as well as on-going feedback throughout the program

  • Carry out interesting, hands-on tasks while developing a capstone project to present at the conclusion of the program

What You Will Do:

  • Support the migration of all customer training assets from Confluence to SharePoint

  • Assist with internal CSO content brand alignment, ensuring training content and external connect is in line with CSO scope

  • Evaluate processes and process blueprinting; developing and maintaining relevant process documentation where asked

  • Support various administrative initiatives

  • Support creation and distribution of PowerPoint decks

  • Based on internship experience, provide feedback that may positively impact customer and employee experience, and support organizational efficiency

What You Will Need:

  • An interest in operations and / or project management

  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow through and reliability

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently

  • The propensity to learn and assimilate new information quickly, and comfortability asking for feedback to accelerate our goals

  • Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus, but not required

  • Experience designing PowerPoint slides is a plus, but not required

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines

  • Flexibility to adjust to a dynamic work environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
