Intern

Search Solution Group is looking for college students interested in gaining hands-on experience through a flexible, onsite internship opportunity in our South End office.

This role is designed to work around your schedule:

• Office location: South End (Charlotte) – onsite required
• Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work anywhere between 10–35 hours per week (credit or paid)
• Days are flexible based on your availability

This internship provides real, hands-on experience across:

• Data entry and operations support
• Recruiting and candidate engagement
• Sales support and business development activities

It’s a great opportunity to build professional skills, gain exposure to a fast-paced environment, and learn how a recruiting firm operates day-to-day.
