Production Training Specialist Trainee/Translator

The Hounen Solar Graduate Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals (0-3 years of experience) who are seeking hands-on technical exposure, structured training, and long-term career growth in advanced manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide oral interpretation and written translation (Chinese-English) for technical training, engineering documentation, and on-the-job instruction.
• Learn solar module assembly, testing, quality control, and manufacturing processes on the production line.
• Transition into a dedicated production trainer supporting engineers, technicians, and operators.

Required Skills:

• Recent undergraduate or Master's graduates (or up to 3 years of experience). No extensive experience is required; we value your enthusiasm, teamwork, and learning ability!
• Engineering, applied sciences, or technical degree preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) required.
• Strong communication skills and interest in technical training.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
• Interest in long-term career development in the U.S. renewable energy sector.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary Range: $45,000 - $48,000 USD.
