Job Description
Are you graduating soon or recently graduated and looking to start a new career? We would love for you to join our team! We will teach out to service and grow a books of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities you will learn:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
- Recent Graduate or graduating in December 2026
- Team player
- No insurance experience is necessary
- No P&C License is necessary
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to take direction and feedback constructively
