The program consists of an 18-month period with 2-4 rotations in various roles within the organization at our inspection centers. Relocation during the role and upon completion may be required

Core competencies to develop are leadership, organizational partnerships, project management, and technical skills

After completion of the role the individual will be promoted to the level of manager; at this time there may be a requirement to relocate to another inspection center.
