QUALIFICATIONS:

 0-4 years experience

 Bachelors Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (from an ABET-accredited university)

 EIT certification preferred

 Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail

 Effective communication and teamwork abilities

 Experience with AutoCAD or Revit preferred, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Work with Project Engineers designing and documenting houses, office, apartment, or mixed-use buildings

 Design gravity components including beams, columns, and footings

 Design lateral systems including shear walls and moment frames

 Review shop drawings

 Conduct field work, including site visits and construction observation
