The Opportunity
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in supporting our marketing and sales efforts. You’ll be the guardian of our prospect data, making sure the information our team uses is accurate, compliant, and ready for outreach.
This is not a sales role. You won’t be pitching or closing deals. Instead, you’ll be learning how a professional sales organization operates while building skills that can lead to future growth into sales, marketing, or business development roles.
Think of this as your launchpad into sales and revenue operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Make professional outbound calls to confirm and update prospect contact information
- Clean, validate, and maintain prospect and client data to ensure accuracy
- Organize and update CRM records to support marketing campaigns and sales outreach
- Partner with the marketing team to support lead-generation initiatives
- Assist the sales team with basic research and outreach preparation
- Help ensure our data practices remain compliant and reliable
What This Role Is Not
- You will not be expected to sell
- No quotas or commission pressure
- No cold-pitching products or services
Your success is measured by accuracy, organization, professionalism, and consistency.
