Job Description:
This internship is designed to be a 10-12 week full-time opportunity beginning in late May early June and concluding in August 2026. The internship can potentially expand into a year-round opportunity for the right candidate. The program is ideal for a rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student seeking experience and exposure to diverse careers in healthcare. Youll work specifically with our Government Programs Marketing & Communications team who are responsible for collateral and digital communications for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplemental products. The projects you will be supporting are both collateral and digital (website, email and Relay mobile engagement) for member communications, outreach materials, provider communications, and targeted campaigns. The intern will focus on strategy and communications responsibilities including:

Supporting member, prospect and sales communications projects for the upcoming plan year.

Supporting digital communications including website updates, mobile engagement campaigns and email creation.

Creating PowerPoint presentations and standard operating procedure documentation

Develop and execute communications to internal and external project stakeholders.

Attend meetings, record outcomes for key action items and follow-ups.

Identify proactive opportunities for deploying creative communications strategies.

Maintain internal and external stakeholder information repository (i.e. SharePoint, Salesforce Communities).
Education Level:
Undergraduate Track : Junior or Senior Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or other Business-related degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 GPA or above.

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI, Adobe suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred, not required).
Salary Range Disclaimer
The hire range posted is an annual rate. All intern positions will be paid hourly.
