Project Description:


Description: The Project Manager will support the planning and organization of learner projects by ensuring efficient coordination between learners, Project Mentors, and external resources. This role is critical to managing the timeline, scope, and deliverables for LEAF's projects.


Scope:
● Assist learners in building project plans and identifying milestones.
● Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
● Coordinate with Project Mentors and other stakeholders to provide resources.
● Compile project updates for reporting and evaluation.
Preferred Demographics & Qualifications:
● Students majoring in business, project management, or related fields.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
● Interest in youth education and collaborative work.
Hours Required: Approximately 30 hours over 4 weeks, flexible scheduling.
