Job Description
- Counsel and advise prospective first-year and transfer students on admissions requirements, policies, and procedures on location or virtually, via phone and email.
- Render admissions decisions on applications, applying appropriate criteria, and using discernment and good judgment.
- Ability to plan recruitment events and conduct information sessions for prospective students.
- Travel extensively in North Carolina, occasionally out of state.
- Manage recruitment territory by conducting high school visits, attending college fairs, interacting with varying student and family populations and developing relationships with high school counselors.
- Work non-traditional hours as needed.
- Will assist with targeted recruitment activities.
- Assist with planning admissions events.
