- Saturday-Sunday (7pm-7am)

Your Role as an RN
As a Registered Nurse on our Psychiatric Residential Treatment team, you will combine clinical excellence with compassionate care to support individuals in our Behavioral Health Division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight to paraprofessional staff
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (health status, mental status, medications, and level of functioning)
- Administer medications and monitor effectiveness and side effects
- Respond to crises with professionalism and sound clinical judgment
- Monitor vital signs and coordinate emergency medical care when needed
- Educate individuals on mental health and substance use disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on treatment, discharge, and referral planning
- Ensure appropriate level-of-care placement and transitions
Your work will directly contribute to improved outcomes and enhanced quality of life for the individuals we support.
What You’ll Bring
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required)
- Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of experience in a crisis response or crisis management setting
- At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals in a behavioral health environment (mental health, substance use, or similar)
