How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The ACS Intl Co-Op provides project-based support through first, learning and partially understanding airport operations processes, second by coordinating Continuous Improvement initiatives and small projects, third leveraging data and analytics to drive these continuous improvement efforts. The Co-Op will be asked to work closely with Intl leaders to support creative solutioning to current business challenges.

In this role, the Co-Op will assist the leadership by supporting in research, development, and implementation of key performance metrics to support our Above Wing and Below Wing agents, as well as our customers. The Co-op will assist identifying and validating sources of data needed for the creation of reports to track trends and metrics within ACS INTL and to support proper root cause analysis. The Co-Op practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

  • Support process improvement and project management

  • Analyze data from a variety of sources

  • Support preparation of Managing Directors/Field Directors/Station Managers presentations of findings to ACS INTL leaders, potentially present herself/himself

  • Be intellectually curious, ask questions and speak up when they have an idea

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree

  • Must be able to work 14 consecutive weeks

  • Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles and be able to work effectively with fellow employees

  • Curiosity and some experience in analysis, information science, data visualization preferred.

  • Previous experience in continuous process improvement or similar preferred

  • Must be comfortable working in group and individual settings.

  • Should be able to speak effectively to diverse audiences

  • Should be able to write clear and concise reports

  • Ability to ask questions and follow up to find root causes

  • Should have PC-based computer skills, including the use of common database and Microsoft Office software.

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
