We are seeking a Lead Mental Health Worker to join our team in Greenville, RI and help create positive outcomes for the people we serve while providing leadership and support to frontline staff.

 

Work Schedule:

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday (7:00am-3:00pm)

 

What You'll Do

As a Lead Mental Health Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring individuals receive high-quality, person-centered services while helping guide and support Mental Health Workers in their daily responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide person-centered support that promotes independence, dignity, and individual choice.
  • Coordinate and monitor service plans to ensure individuals receive the services and supports they need.
  • Assess individual needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes.
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and oversight to Mental Health Workers.
  • Ensure staff understand treatment plans, documentation requirements, and program expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with agency, state, and federal standards.
  • Assist with crisis response, incident management, and care coordination.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for individuals receiving services.
  • Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, community partners, and team members.

 

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates must possess one of the following:

 

  • Associate's Degree and 3 years of experience working with adults in a behavioral health setting; OR
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience working with adults in a behavioral health setting.
