The Community Engagement and Relations Intern will be responsible for:

• Assessing current tabling materials + creating tabling kits
• On the ground (street team) outreach: supporting community events, distributing surveys + program/event fliers (helping boost volunteer base, program participation, and general awareness of the organization)
• Supporting weekly Tuesday volunteer nights
• Creating systems for volunteer training, management, record keeping (hours logs, etc.), + reoccurring volunteer opportunities
• Supporting the organization’s visibility within the community by completing a range of marketing + communications projects as delegated by leadership 
• Weekly website updates including: keeping bike inventory, community event offerings + program information up-to-date
• Serving as first point of contact for volunteer and program inquiries
