For this position, we are currently seeking someone who has experience with customer service in the restaurant industry is able to efficiently handle customer concerns and register transactions. At Ohana Poké, we serve the City of Charlotte during our lunch time hours of 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. During this time period, it is important that you are able to keep up with taking orders quickly and efficiently, as lunch time can be very busy. Your shift will be Monday-Friday from 11 AM to 2:30 PM. 

Your training will consist of order-taking on the POS system, where you will need to be attentive to a customer's order and answer any questions they may have, whether it be in regards to potential allergens, or dietary questions. Along with order-taking, you will be responsible for other tasks like stocking supplies and packing up online orders where our line cooks disperse orders out to customers. Stocking can include re-filling napkins, regular and low-sodium soy sauce packets, chopsticks, and forks.

Because our establishment is located in Uptown Charlotte, we are also looking for someone who has reliable transportation to commute to the area.
