This role is based fully in-office at our Centennial, CO location. This role requires monthly travel to various customer sites across the U.S., where you’ll ensure their services are operating smoothly and provide valuable guidance on business process improvements and training options. As you advance in your career, there may be opportunities to relocate to other project locations throughout the country. 

 

As a Technical Training Coordinator at FAST, you’ll be at the heart of helping our clients unlock the full potential of our innovative services. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with both our internal teams and client users to create and deliver training programs that make complex concepts easy to understand. Whether you’re designing user-friendly materials, leading hands-on training sessions, or supporting new project implementations, your efforts will ensure our clients can confidently use our products to achieve their goals. You'll also play a crucial role in guiding clients through any challenges they face, acting as their go-to resource for answers and advice. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client business users and project development teams to create comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of each agency.
  • Develop user-friendly training materials, including curriculums, guides, job aids, and help articles, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Conduct in-depth, hands-on training sessions for clients, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively utilize FAST's strategic services.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, answering service-related questions promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with project staff and testers to develop detailed test scenarios that align with project goals.
  • Lead the coordination and execution of testing processes for new implementations, service packs, and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Create and maintain detailed product and implementation documentation, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Generate reports for product managers and stakeholders, tracking customer metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Travel monthly to various customer sites across the U.S. to assess the effectiveness of services, offer business process improvement recommendations, and provide additional training as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance training programs and materials.
  • Actively seek feedback from clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. We welcome candidates from various disciplines as long as you’re passionate about Training.
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in a professional setting. Experience does not need to be related to training but should demonstrate strong workplace skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in identifying and addressing issues.
  • Excellent written and oral skills, with experience creating training materials and delivering presentations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with experience coordinating training programs and documentation.
  • High level of integrity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer support and tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Willingness to stay current with industry trends and pursue continuous learning.

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
