Responsible for ensuring a safe swimming environment for the general public. This position, under general supervision, includes providing basic first aid, delivering customer service and overseeing swimming activities at specified Mecklenburg County locations.

We offer free lifeguard classes to employees, free uniforms, and very competitive pay ($20.40/hr to start). We have multiple facilities in and around Charlotte. 

No experience is necessary and we have very flexible scheduling.
