Your Opportunity
EBSCOlearning provides best-in-class training focused on academic skill building, test preparation, and career development. The mission of the Content Editorial Intern is to provide editorial, product, and administrative support across multiple EBSCOlearning initiatives, with a focus on content quality, modernization, and learner engagement.
In this role, you'll contribute to projects spanning LearningExpress and Accel, gaining hands-on experience with educational content, marketing support, and platform updates that reach learners of all ages. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful, real-world projects while developing editorial, research, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced product environment.
This remote role is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories), with required working hours of 9:00am-5:00pm EDT.

What You'll Do

Support editorial tasks and content development workflows, including research, planning, copyediting, proofing, revising, quality assurance checking, and developing and maintaining content in our CMS

Contribute to marketing and communications initiatives by organizing assets and supporting the creation of promotional content and sales enablement materials

Assist with content updates and modernization projects that improve usability, consistency, and accessibility across products

Support research and analysis efforts related to product initiatives, market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging practices in educational content

Use Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, various AI tools, and other intranet applications as needed

Collaborate with multiple teams and receive mentorship from experienced editors and product professionals

Additional related tasks as assigned based on team priorities
Your Team
You will be welcomed as a temporary member of the product and content team, which consists of 11 people. Our team enjoys the flexibility and greater work-life balance working remotely offers. About You

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree inEnglish, communications, writing, education, or business, or a similar program, graduating in December 2026 or later.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent English language skills and an eye for detail

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously

Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
What Sets You Apart

Interest in educational technology, instructional design, or digital learning

Previous editorial, writing, or content-related experience (academic, professional, or extracurricular, such as student publications, blogs, or digital projects)

Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style and MLA

Comfort learning new tools or systems; curiosity about or basic familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools is a plus
Pay Range
USD $20.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
