Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our Assertive Community Treatment team in Greensboro, NC. 

As a Therapist, you will assist and support the people we serve to develop skills, behaviors, responsibilities, and supports needed to live, learn, work and be integrated into the community with the greatest possible degree of self-determination and independence.  You will provide social work and therapy, facilitate training of independent living skills, establish access to community services and agencies, and assist people in establishing support networks in the community.  You will also coordinate services with the  ACT program, staff, inpatient facilities, and detoxification facilities and establish linkage to residential programs, self-help programs and community resources.

To qualify, candidates must have the following: 

• A Master's degree in a Human Services related field is required.
• Candidates must have one of the following North Carolina licenses: LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LPA, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or LP.
• At least 2 years of experience working with adults with a mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnosis.
