Customer Service/Sales Representative

This position is a PEOPLE first position that operates an insurance and financial services business. Customer service is everything. We help people protect themselves and their families when the worst case scenario happens. We help by getting to know someone and their needs. We then recomend Home Insurance, Car insurance, life insurance and more financial service. 

We do this by answering the phones promptly to help people with a wide range of things from bill pays, to helping with claims to helping solve challenges. We go out marketing, we value and are intentional about learning and developing ourselves on products and speech and psychology. We do all this to meet people where they are at. We WOW people!

We also call out to gain business and we practice our talks daily. We have a goal to be the best State Farm in the country.
