Job Description

This role supports the creative efforts of Enrollment Programs & Communications (EPC). The Creative Services Interns are primarily responsible for designing digital and print materials to support recruitment and yield initiatives, and enrollment programs at UNC Charlotte. The interns may also assist with photography and videography, collaborate with other student employees and assume other creative responsibilities as required by EPC.

Primary Job Duties

  • Design digital and print materials to support recruitment and enrollment efforts, as assigned by the Assistant Director of Creative Services.
  • Develop and execute original design concepts that integrate UNC Charlotte brand standards.
  • Assist with photography and videography efforts, including coordinating with campus partners, using equipment, developing storyboards, post-production and content sharing.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite products to design and edit projects, including Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom and Premiere Pro.
  • Communicate with campus partners and manage projects through Basecamp, our project management system.
  • Assist with other content creation and creative efforts to support Enrollment Management.
