Job Description

  • Job summary
    • Assist in the preparation of Asset Management Plan and Inventory
    • Assist in the development of HVAC Infrastructure System Planning.
    • Assist in the revision of the design and construction guidelines.
    • Assist in managing commissioning efforts for the existing buildings on campus.
    • Assist in the inspection, record keeping of facilities and systems data across campus.


  • Daily Responsibilities
    • Conduct building level inspections for future renovations and/or capital improvements
    • Prepare retro-commissioning scripts for testing existing systems.
    • Update the Asset Management Plan inventory.
    • Revise the design and construction standard as new requirements emerge.
    • Help to support campus-wide partners in smaller projects walkthroughs.
    • Update drawings as needed using Revit.
    • Assist in the validation of existing buildings design using Trace 3D.
    • Other functions as needed.
