The Role:

As our Financial Adventurer (aka Accountant), you’ll be the guiding star in our financial climb, ensuring that our operations run as smoothly as a well-charted voyage. Your responsibilities will include:

? Managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

? Preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

? Conducting month-end and year-end close processes with precision.

? Collaborating with our team to create budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.

? Keeping an eagle eye on cash flow and ensuring financial stability.

? Utilizing your keen eye for detail to identify and resolve discrepancies.

What You Bring to the Expedition:

? A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

? Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the construction or roofing industry (but if you’re a quick learner, we welcome you aboard!).

? Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, anyone?) and MS Office Suite.

? Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

? Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills – you can navigate through numbers like a seasoned explorer!
