Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies with the Sales Manager and CEO.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
• Research and identify potential new customers and markets.
• Organize and attend trade shows.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements.
• Monitor and report on market conditions and competitor activities.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales reports
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or a similar role with technical products.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
• Technical understanding of machinery, parts, or components.
• Familiarity with distribution and OEM markets.
• Ambition, positivity, and eagerness to grow.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and social media (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Fluency in Spanish (required).
