Skills or Qualifications Required: People-oriented, mature and clear communication skills, Christian faith, physically capable to serve ten weeks in hot weather, and a teachable spirit.

Crowders Ridge Roles - Middle and High School Camps

The Big 3:
Tribal Leaders
1. Develop relationships with campers
2. Lead Tribes in Services
3. Lead Tribes in Tribal Battles
4. *absorbed into All Terrain Team during outsource
This position is responsible for leading church groups in games, spiritual conversation,
and providing excitement to hype up a crowd.

Overview of Responsibilities:
1. Attend trainings and all staff meetings
2. Lead assigned group (tribe) in daily camp activities
3. Be a spiritual role model and disciple maker
4. Create a positive and Christ-centered group atmosphere
5. Abide by S.R.E.S flow
6. Perform all other duties and roles assigned by lead staff
LOVE GOD:
● Create for yourself a time to read God’s word, pray and journal your thoughts
● Disciple, encourage and engage your tribal
● Personally devote yourself to scripture, to lead Tribal quiet times
● After recreations, use that time to speak to your tribal about what God is doing in your life
● During challenges create positive competition
LOVE your ROLE:
● Attend trainings and staff meetings
● Be on time
● Be an Encourager
● Set up and tear down rec gear after activities
● Set goals to provide excellences in program and in personal behavior
Live out His GLORY:
● Be a servant, Perform all other duties and roles assigned by lead staff
● Be flexible, roles can change throughout the week.
● When assigned to alternative roles refer to their specific job description (Lifeguarding, Adventure Course Team).

All Terrain Team
1. Direct and Facilitate Free Time Activities (Waterfront, High Ropes, Paintball,
Laser Tag, etc.)
2. Counsel those who are participating in these activities and relate these to a
spiritual level
3. Manage and direct the free time activities

Crowders Springs Roles
At Springs, you will also be trained as a lifeguard and high ropes facilitator.
Kids Camp Floater. The role of the floater is to have the eye, see the need, a servant's heart, provide direction, and prepare the ministry to execute the ministry! Without them, we can’t do what we want to do. The floater will run arrival/departure, want high fives, be a lifeguard, and much more! Dress up and build your department up as a floater!

Kids Camp Tribal Leader
The job of the tribal leader is to build relationships, get kids involved, lead, and be all
about Jesus. Tribal leaders will lead quiet times, hype up their tribes during services, run
morning/afternoon tracks, and be a seed caster for kids to know the love of Jesus!
Dress up, make an awesome tribal chant for your tribe, and have fun in your role
