Wedding Planning & Floral Design Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Wedding Coordinator.

 Job duties include:

• Assisting with set-up and breakdown of wedding ceremonies and receptions.
• Help coordinating logistics on the day of the wedding, including directing vendors, managing timelines, and addressing any unforeseen issues that may arise.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and their guests.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required by wedding schedules.
