Responsibilities Assists with managing the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Audio Visual Program. Provides video and audio tape duplication service and audio recording for official USASOC Ceremonies. Plans, designs, performs layout of various visual information using multiple media methods. Works with Media Production Center team and command staff to develop printed VI materials and simple audio-visual presentations. Operates and maintains video/still imagery archiving system. Utilizes computer editing systems to maintain data and develop various materials for public publication. OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Motion Picture Production. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. Specialized Experience (GS-11): One year of specialized experience which includes Producing multi-media and audiovisual products, digital video, digital still, and computer graphics; Capturing still photos and video of objects in motion (e.g. aircraft) using complex digital camera systems; Utilizing editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud; Using video editing and multi-media software to produce final product.
