The Role:

Our sites in Billerica, MA and San Luis Obispo, CA are seeking a Material Quality Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. There are two positions available (MA and CA.)

What You’ll Do:

• Execute raw material change qualifications
• Trend review of incoming raw material data
• Coordinate quality investigations related to raw materials with cross-functional teams as needed
• Build relationships with suppliers to implement corrective actions or continuous improvements benefiting the profitability of the Entegris business

What We Seek:

Bachelors in Engineering or Chemistry

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Experience working with data
• Openness to learning analysis techniques and/or six sigma.
• Flexible, persistent, and a good attitude.
• Great communicator.
• Self-sufficient within a team.

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

2025 or 2026 graduation

Materials Science or Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry

Eligibility:

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January 2025-June 2025
• Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
