Job Description: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach our target audience.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
• Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, trends, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Analyze key metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and platform algorithms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms, including content formats, algorithms, and advertising options.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to each platform.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
