Job Description Summary

The Fulfillment Process Operations Leader will be responsible for driving end-to-end performance improvement across the global Fulfillment team. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives to define standards, eliminate waste, and strengthen process reliability in alignment with business objectives.

This role is open to remote consideration with occasional travel (10%) to Evendale, OH or other GE sites as needed. Would need to adhere to a CST or EST working schedule when needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain standard work and SOPs for Fulfillment processes, ensuring clarity, compliance, and ease of adoption; hold others accountable to adherence of standards

  • Support creation and refinement of KPI trees and tiered metrics, linking to MM (Materials Management) KPIs

  • Build and update KPI visual management (Miro boards, bowlers, etc.) to enable effective daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews

  • Partner with FLIGHT DECK team to ensure adherence to FLIGHT DECK standards and connectivity of KPIs/TTIs to business objectives

  • Design and standardize WOR/MOR routines (agendas, inputs, outputs, templates) to drive consistent and effective performance management

  • Lead/coach structured problem-solving efforts (e.g., APPS, PSR) to close gaps surfaced in KPI reviews and WOR/MORs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years materials, fulfillment, continuous improvement or related supply chain experience) + minimum of 5 years materials, fulfillment, continuous improvement or related supply chain experience

The salary range for this position is $116,000 - 155,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
