Chilton Trust (“CTC”) is a private wealth management firm launched in 2010 by Richard L. Chilton Jr.  CTC offers full-service, bespoke private wealth management services, including asset allocation advice, management of separate portfolio accounts in equity and fixed income, open architecture manager research, trust and estate planning and family office services include tax compliance and planning.  CTC has offices in New York, Palm Beach, Connecticut, Charlotte, Virginia and Delaware.

Position Description

 

Candidate will support the office and the team and will have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Order and maintain mailroom supplies such as toner and accessories and ensure kitchen is stocked.
  • Assist with building matters such as arrange and track maintenance work.
  • Meet and greet all visitors, hang coats, offer refreshments, etc.
  • Coordinate all in-office meetings: scheduling of resources including people, calendars, conference rooms, catering orders and equipment.
  • Administrative support to professionals as needed including making travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Process and log Gift & Entertainment submissions when applicable.
  • Prepare client correspondence, including client actionable items.
  • Sort and distribute mail, make copies, file, print and bind meeting materials.
  • Light cleanup and organization of the office and kitchen.

 

Position Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Excellent communication skills are required.  Ideal candidate will be polished, a team player, detail-oriented, organized, possess a strong ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure.  Must also act with discretion, maintain client confidentiality, work and interface with others in a cooperative manner, and be able to lift up to 10 pounds.  The candidate must have a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to help out in any capacity around the office.
