Sales Strategy and Growth Associate

Think factory intelligence, computer vision, AI agents, and the future of industrial automation.

We’re looking for a smart, curious, internet-native person to help us grow RoboLeanX from early traction to something much bigger.

This is not a “sit quietly and update spreadsheets” role.

You’ll work directly with the founder across:

• content & storytelling
• lead generation
• startup ops
• customer research
• outbound outreach
• product demos
• sales support

One day you might help create a LinkedIn campaign.

Another day you may research manufacturing companies, prep for investor/customer meetings, or help launch a new AI product page.

What You’ll Do

• Create content for LinkedIn, website, and product launches
• Research manufacturers and potential customers
• Build outbound lead lists and track conversations
• Help manage CRM and sales pipeline
• Turn founder ideas into polished content
• Help coordinate pilots, demos, and customer follow-ups
• Learn a ridiculous amount about AI, startups, and manufacturing

You’re Probably a Fit If You

• Learn tools fast
• Like AI/startups/technology
• Communicate clearly
• Are organized without being corporate
• Can figure things out without waiting for instructions
• Want real startup exposure instead of “busy work”

• Canva, Figma, Notion, HubSpot
• LinkedIn content creation
• Video editing
• AI tools / ChatGPT prompting
• Engineering or business background
• You’ve built anything on your own before
