Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO Specialist to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, a creative problem solver and has a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush and Google Analytics. They will also be proficient with Microsoft Office and have a basic understanding of how to apply generative AI technologies. This position requires someone who can work independently to hit deadlines and collaborate across multiple project teams, ensuring high-quality recommendations and deliverables tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with client objectives.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to unlock growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements like metadata, content and technical SEO.
• Monitor rankings and analyze performance data to derive insights.
• Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and updates, applying this knowledge to strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with client teams and content creators to integrate SEO
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite for building recommendations, data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Leverage generative AI tools for competitive analysis, topic research and vetting ideas.
• Provide recommendations for improving organic search rankings and user experience.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of SEO experience in an agency or consultancy, ideally working remotely.
• Demonstrated experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms like Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Google Analytics, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree from 4-year, accredited college
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
