About Us

District 57 is an immersive 20,000 square foot entertainment complex in Charlotte that offers food, libations, Grid, a 30-room challenge arena, and BorderTown, a state-of-the-art tactical laser tag venue.

What We Are Looking For

• We are looking for high energy, dynamic and engaging individuals to join our team and grow with us.
• Must be available most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and 1 or 2 weekday evenings. 
• No experience is necessary.

Salary/Benefits

• Starting salary is $13/hour with pooled tips. Current staff average $19/hour
• Employees play Grid and BorderTown for free.
• Employees get 50% off food and drinks.
