Commercial Real Estate Counsel

DESCRIPTION

Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a prominent southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced Counsel to join its Commercial Real Estate team in the firm’s Charlotte office.

This role supports a sophisticated commercial real estate practice representing real estate developers, landlords, property managers, and business clients. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and financing transactions, and will play a key role in managing deals and advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Eligibility for North Carolina State Bar admission is preferred.
