Position Overview:
This is a full time, in person role located in RTP, NC. This individual will be a driving force in helping us grow our company and ensure successful implementations with our biotech and pharma clients.
As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in building and evolving our platform. You’ll work at the intersection of study protocol requirements, site workflows, and product capabilities, ensuring that clinical research sites can capture sample data accurately and consistently, and that sponsors receive clean, real-time insight into trial operations.
What You’ll Do:
As a Product Analyst, you will serve as the technical representative in client interactions. You’ll consult clients on best practices, implement our platform to meet study requirements, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. You will be responsible for managing the product experience end-to-end, from initial setup through ongoing optimization.
In addition, Product Analysts partner with product management, sales engineering, and relationship management teams to identify improvement opportunities and guide new features through the software development lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring:
This role blends product thinking, client-facing communication, and hands-on development work. We are looking for candidates who are problem-solvers, can handle details and remain organized, but are proactive and inquisitive. Ideal candidates have the ability to learn quickly, execute with excellence, and communicate effectively.
Candidates are required to currently hold or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree by December 2026 with a GPA of 3.5 or greater. While Computer Science majors are preferred, anyone who believes they are a strong candidate is encouraged to apply. You do not need programming experience.
What You’ll Get:
This is an entry-level role with ample opportunities for growth. Over time, you will have the ability to expand into various career pathways based on your interests and strengths.
Every Product Analyst gains something unique from the role, but common benefits include exposure to all facets of building and scaling a growth-stage technology company, direct collaboration with TruTechnologies’ experienced leadership team, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to key product and operational decisions.
You will be part of a team that is directly advancing the future of clinical research.
