We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Greenville, RI. Monarch NC is a trusted provider of high-quality, trauma-informed care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders.

Work Schedule:

• Saturday (3:00pm-11:00pm)

What You’ll Do:

As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care, including:

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Oral hygiene and skin care
• Meal preparation, feeding assistance, and monitoring intake/output
• Supporting individuals in achieving personal goals and fostering independence

You’ll work closely with nursing staff and behavioral health professionals to ensure each person receives respectful, person-centered care.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Certified Nursing Assistants licensed in Rhode Island
• At least 2 years of experience working with adults with mental health diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities
• A commitment to dignity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
