Job Description

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

      • Member engagement outreach
      • Maintain event registration lists.
      • Create assets on Canva, and Piktochart to be used in marketing and LinkedIn
      • Create, set up and manage the registration lists, event checkin table, name tags, table signs, intro PowerPoint, and sign and greet guest.
      • Take attendance for both virtual and in-person attendees.
      • Closeout and balance program attendance
      • Data research, support, and analytics
      • Update website with program information
      • Update onboarding materials for sponsors, board members and new members
      • Coordinate and maintain the annual calendar of events
      • Social media (LinkedIn) posting and marketing efforts.
      • Support the Executive Director in chapter operations, initiatives, administrative support and special projects

Qualifications

Excellent computer skills – proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

      • Ability to work independently, prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
      • Excellent attention to detail, with highly effective organizational and time management skills.
      • Own and use your own computer with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Professional Development Outcomes

      • Learn and added experience in Zoom, Canva, Piktochart, Wufoo, Survey Monkey, Salesforce
      • Organizational skills, critical thinking, obtain, interpret, and use data to make decisions
      • Communications: Articulate thoughts and ideas effectively

Communication: Communications and meetings will be via email, phone and Zoom calls.  In-person attendance is required at up to eight programs annually, typically held at a local country club from 4:00 – 8:00p.m.
