Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technology Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in benefits administration platforms such as Employee Navigator and EPIC, as well as experience assisting Account Managers with quoting, renewals, and data analysis. This role will be instrumental in supporting the team by managing spreadsheets, analyzing data, and ensuring seamless renewals for our clients. Essential Functions and Primary Duties Technology and Platform Management: Maintain and update client information in Employee Navigator and EPIC systems. Ensure data accuracy across all benefits platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact for technology-related benefits issues. Client Support: Assist Account Managers in day-to-day operations, including benefit plan set-ups, changes, and renewals. Support client communication and provide technical assistance for benefits platforms. Quoting and Renewals: Gather and analyze plan data for quoting processes. Prepare and manage renewal packets and spreadsheets to support Account Managers. Work closely with carriers to obtain competitive rates and options for clients. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets related to client benefits plans. Provide reporting and insights to help drive informed decisions. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows related to technology, quoting, and renewals. Implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably with exposure to Employee Navigator and EPIC. Demonstrated experience supporting Account Managers in a similar capacity. Proficiency in quoting processes and benefit plan renewals. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience working in a fully remote environment. Familiarity with additional HR/benefits platforms and tools. Knowledge of compliance regulations related to employee benefits. Bachelor's Degree Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Less than 1 year of related insurance industry experience and the ability to quickly learn new platforms Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all
