What You’ll Do

• Engage inbound leads—email, call, and text potential customers who have already shown interest in our services.
• Follow up on open opportunities—reconnect with potential clients who haven’t booked yet and keep deals moving forward.
• Assist with contract creation—help draft and send contracts to close deals efficiently.
• Provide sales support—help the co-founders manage leads, organize follow-ups, and track outreach efforts.
• Learn and grow—develop sales skills, gain experience in customer interactions, and receive direct mentorship.

Who You Are

• A college student (junior or senior preferred) looking to gain real-world sales experience.
• A strong communicator—confident on the phone, via email, and over text.
• Detail-oriented—able to stay organized and follow up with leads efficiently.
• Eager to learn—coachable, adaptable, and excited about developing sales and business skills.
• Available to work in our South End office for at least 10-15 hours per week.
