Compensation: $20.00 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: Monday - Friday, part-time hours between 9a-5p (20 hrs. per week)

Overview

A leading organization in affordable housing program management, is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Relocation Counselor Intern to support residents in the Clarkston area. This is a great opportunity for college students or recent graduates interested in housing, social services, or client support roles.

In this role, you will assist with the relocation process, providing guidance and support to residents and their families. You'll help conduct needs assessments, support housing searches, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the relocation process and serve as a point of contact for residents

• Assist with needs assessments and ongoing resident communication

• Help residents with housing search and placement

• Maintain accurate documentation and case records

• Provide general support to ensure a smooth relocation experience

  Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program preferred

• Interest in housing, social services, or client-facing roles

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset

• Bilingual is a plus
