Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play a vital role in providing compassionate, person-centered care and support to individuals in community and home settings.

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated, patient, and reliable DSPs to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide direct care and support to individuals with behavioral health and developmental needs, helping them achieve personal goals, develop life skills, and maintain independence in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Support individuals with behavioral health needs by implementing care plans and positive behavioral interventions
• Encourage and assist with community integration, social skills, and recreational activities
• Document progress notes, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with agency and regulatory guidelines
• Administer medications and follow treatment plans as directed by healthcare professionals
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and safe environment for individuals served

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working in mental health, behavioral health, or direct care (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting others

Salary

• $15.00 -$17.00 per hour – based on experience and qualifications
