A client of Insight Global is looking for a IT Support Technician II is responsible for providing on-site technical support and services to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure at various company locations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and collaborating with other IT teams to deliver high-quality support to end-users.

Must be local to Atlanta

Pay Rate: up to $35/hr

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or field operations.

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • ServiceNow or other ITSM platform experience a plus.

  • Microsoft InTune experience a plus.

  • Audio Visual equipment experience a plus.

  • Takes minimal direction while troubleshooting.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel to various company locations as needed.

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
