Junior Java Developer Intern

The ideal junior developer candidate is an enthusiastic, detail oriented problem solver who is eager to improve their coding abilities.  They should have a basic understanding of computer science principles and relevant programming languages.  Under the guidance of a development manage, they will assist with all aspects of software design and coding.  Responsibilities:  Write and maintain code as directed by senior developers. Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve minor bugs and improve performance. Collaborate with team members during bi-weekly meetings and code reviews.  Document code functionality and system specifications.  Monitor the technical performance of internal systems and applications.  Contribute to test case development and support quality assurance processes.  Continuously learn the codebase and improve coding skills.  Gather and analyze user feedback on program functionality.
