About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and purpose-driven Renewable Energy Sales Ops Intern to support Diverxia’s commercial growth across the U.S. This role will work directly alongside our business development team to identify potential corporate offtakers, develop strategic outreach materials, and contribute to real-world renewable energy proposals.

This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about sustainability, clean energy finance, and corporate ESG strategy, and wants hands-on exposure to how large-scale energy deals are sourced and structured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective corporate and institutional energy buyers as directed by the sales organization
  • Assist and support the development of pitch decks, RFP responses, and proposal materials for EPC, PPAs and VPPAs
  • Support CRM management, lead tracking, and outreach coordination (email, LinkedIn, and event-related campaigns)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, finance, legal and marketing to support sales initiatives

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Economics, or a related discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Passion for renewable energy, corporate decarbonization, or sustainability strategy
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required; CRM tools proficiency is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, global environment
