Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Lumberton, NC.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect services, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, to people in need of crisis assessment, injection clinic, or outpatient services. You will perform clinical intakes with people requesting services, coordinating with Screening/Referral and individuals to ensure continuity of care. You will also schedule people for the Injection Clinic as well as doing injections of psychotropic medication, educating and supporting individuals about medication.
To qualify, candidates must have the following:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Candidates must be a North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- At least 1 year of experience working with adults with a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis.
