Job Description

The Coordinator of Outreach & Engagement is an essential member of the UREC team, providing direct supervision of strategic communications, marketing initiatives, and campus engagement efforts to elevate awareness and participation in UREC programs and services. The Coordinator ensures that all outreach and engagement strategies align with departmental goals, uphold UREC’s mission, and contribute to a dynamic, student-centered experience.

The Coordinator of Outreach & Engagement provides supervision and administrative oversight for University Recreation’s outreach, marketing, and engagement efforts. This role supports the promotion and visibility of UREC programs and services by managing strategic communications, supervising creative student staff, and overseeing content development for web and social media platforms.
